On Thursday. February 27th, 2025, during a presser with Donald Trump, one member of the British press pack asked PM Keir Starmer whether he had raised Trump’s “repeated statements of desire to annex Canada” during their meeting. Starmer made the unintelligible and Trump ‘suck up’ comment shown here. I have noted his response for clarity in interpretation
In my opinion, right there in that meeting Starmer and the UK chose their side. They are going to be Trump’s loyal right hand man, but history suggests that the right hand man almost always gets sacrificed. One example: (Erwin Romel’s betrayal by his leader (another Facsist Dictator) – Adolf Hitler)
Canada is determined to resist Trump. Canadians have sworn off American products in stores, They are cancelling trips to the US. Some are selling their property in the US. And Now we have another member of the TRUMP gang to deal with. Some potential actions:

(We’ll sell them down the river too.)
You mention Canada (Never heard of them). I think you’re trying to find a divide between (us?) ( who?The UK and US?) that doesn’t exist. We’re the closest of nations, (Me,my buddy Donny and his good friend Putin) and we had very good discussions today.” – Sir Keir Starmer, the British Prime Minister.
